Dining Hall Sandwich
Okay so at school the options for sandwich making are, lets say…limited. Unless you have a thing for packaged bologna and American cheese every day of your life. But anyway, my friend and I invented this sandwich that we make and when I’m feeling down I just whip this shit up.
It’s on wheat bread, whole grain. You toast the bread a little so its warm. Then you spread hummus on it, any hummus will do. Next you put some pieces of spinach along each side, add cucumbers onto that, and add a couple tomato slices. Sprinkle feta cheese on. Lastly, top it off with a few drips of balsamic vinaigrette (which incidentally can spruce up a lot of savory sandwiches.)
It is damn good.
