I just crafted the (potentially) best sandwich I’ve ever tasted.
It consists of mushrooms, orange peppers, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, roasted eggplant hummus, and spicy mayonnaise all on toasted wheat bread.
I’m packing it to take with me to sit through upwards of five grueling hours of voting for my fraternity. I’m most likely going to cave within the first fifteen minutes and inhale it. Maybe this was a bad idea… But either way, my mouth will be in heaven tonight.
